Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 August 2026
This policy explains what personal data TOBR Digital collects through tobrdigital.co.uk, why, and what rights you have over it. TOBR Digital is a UK-based sole trader providing website design and hosting services.
What data is collected
The only personal data collected through this site is what you choose to submit via the contact form: your name, email address, business name (if given), and the content of your message. No tracking cookies or analytics scripts are used on this site.
How the contact form works
The contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service, which delivers your message by email. Formspree's own privacy policy governs how it handles data in transit — see the link above for details.
Why this data is used
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a quote.
- To correspond with you about a project you've engaged TOBR Digital for.
Your details are never sold, rented, or used for marketing without your separate, explicit consent.
How long data is kept
Enquiry details are kept only as long as needed to respond to you and, where a project goes ahead, for the duration of that working relationship plus a reasonable period for accounting and legal purposes. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to ask what personal data is held about you, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected].
Cookies
This site does not set tracking or advertising cookies. Your hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set essential cookies required for security and performance — these do not identify you personally.
