A single-page site typically takes one to two weeks from kickoff to launch. A multi-page site is usually two to four weeks, depending on how quickly content and feedback come back.
Yes. Once the final invoice is settled, the code and design are yours. You're free to move hosting elsewhere, though most clients stay on TOBR Digital's hosting for the convenience.
Hosting includes the security certificate, regular backups, uptime monitoring, and small content updates. It's billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Sites are built as clean static HTML/CSS rather than on a heavy CMS, which keeps them fast — but that means small text or image changes are usually quicker to request than to do yourself. Larger content-management needs can be discussed at the scoping stage.
That's fine — the site can be pointed at your existing domain. If you don't have one yet, guidance on registering one is included as part of the build.
Either works. You can supply your own text and photos, or draft copy can be written for you to review and adjust based on a short questionnaire about your business.
